Contact your entity's Human Resources department to find out the status of referred candidates.

The performance levels to be achieved within 12 months of the referee signing the contract are defined for each activity. See below:

Mission Impossible performance thresholds are expressed in "Business Volume", in accordance with the definition accepted for internal reporting* .

The Business Volume used is that recorded in the accounts by the Econocom entity concerned
.

These thresholds are to be reached on the basis of a list of new accounts converted into active customers by the agent or refered salaried salesperson.

The Business Volume recorded on already active customer accounts assigned to the agent or future agent by the mandating Econocom entity during the first 12 months (from the date of entry into force of the agreement between Econocom and the agent or refered salaried sales representative) does not count towards the Mission Impossible performance thresholds.

*Business Volume corresponds to IFRS sales plus sales and rentals of licenses alone, not recognized as IFRS sales.

For EPS, the Business Volume recognized will be the invoiced sales. For TMF, recognized Business Volume is sales recognized by the entity (signed and booked). For Services, booked Business Volume will be the sales generated in the 12 months following the start of the contract signed with the agent.

Contact your entity's Human Resources department to find out about the status of referred candidates and the rewards unlocked.

Referrals rewards are generally subject to income tax and social security contributions. They are included in the employee's gross salary, which means that they are added to the other elements of remuneration (basic salary, various bonuses, overtime, etc.) and are therefore subject to the same social security contributions.

The car is treated as a benefit in kind and is therefore subject to income tax and social security contributions.
